The problem we solve

Saudi customs is not unusually difficult, but it is unusually unforgiving of small errors. A wrong HS code, a certificate of origin without the right attestation, or a SABER certificate that does not match the invoice description will each turn a two day clearance into a two week one. Our licensed brokers work these systems daily and catch those errors before submission rather than after.

  • Licensed Saudi customs brokers on staff
  • FASAH platform declarations filed in house
  • SABER, SASO and SFDA approvals coordinated
  • HS classification reviewed before the goods ship

Questions

Customs Clearance: the things clients ask first

SABER is the Saudi electronic conformity platform. Most regulated products need a product certificate of conformity plus a shipment certificate before customs will release them. We check whether your commodity is regulated at quotation stage and arrange both if it is.

A clean file with correct documentation and no physical inspection typically clears in 24 to 48 hours. Inspection, laboratory testing or a missing conformity certificate extends that, which is precisely why we review documents before the goods sail.

Yes. Customs clearance is offered as a standalone service. Send us the bill of lading or air waybill together with the commercial documents and we will handle the entry.
