Project cargo is a planning discipline more than a transport one. Before anything moves we survey the route, measure the bridges, check the turning circles and secure the permits. The lift itself is the last step, and by the time it happens it should hold no surprises for anyone.

Storage is only useful if it sits in the right place. Our space is positioned near the ports and industrial cities where cargo actually arrives, so goods move from terminal to shelf without an extra day of trucking in between.

Sourcing and supply, with the logistics already solved.

Buying industrial goods abroad and getting them onto a Saudi site are two different problems, and most suppliers only solve the first. We do both. You give us a specification and a delivery date, and we come back with a landed, duty paid price to your site rather than a factory gate quote you then have to move yourself.

Five stages, and you hear from us at every one

The process is deliberately unremarkable. Predictability is the product.

    Brief & quotation

    You tell us what is moving, from where, and by when. We come back with routing options and a landed cost, not a rate that grows once the cargo is committed.

  2. 02

    Booking & documentation

    Space is confirmed and every document is cross-checked against the others before the goods move. This is where most delays are prevented.

  3. 03

    Collection & main carriage

    Cargo is collected, loaded under supervision and dispatched by sea, air or road. You get a milestone update at each handover.

  4. 04

    Clearance & release

    Our own licensed brokers file the entry, settle duty and manage inspection so the free-time window is used, not exceeded.

  5. 05

    Delivery & proof

    Our fleet completes the final leg and returns photographic proof of delivery, with the file closed and archived for your records.
