Who we are

One operator for the whole journey, not four vendors for four legs

Most cargo does not fail in transit. It fails at the handovers, between the shipping line and the broker, the broker and the haulier, the haulier and the warehouse. Every one of those seams is a place for a document to go missing and a day to disappear.

Nuraak Gulf was built to remove those seams. We forward the freight, clear it through Saudi customs with our own licensed brokers, and deliver it on our own trucks. One company, one file, one coordinator who knows your shipment by name rather than by reference number.

  • Ocean and air freight through seven Saudi gateways on two coastlines
  • FASAH, SABER and SFDA clearance handled in-house, not subcontracted

What we do

Five capabilities.
One accountable team.

Why Nuraak Gulf

Promises we can be
measured against

Every forwarder says they are reliable. These are the specific, checkable commitments that sit behind the word for us.

Same working day

Quotation turnaround

Standard freight enquiries received before 2:00 PM are quoted the same working day. Project and heavy cargo take longer because they deserve a survey first.

Every handover

Proactive milestone updates

You hear from us at collection, departure, arrival, clearance and delivery, without having to ask. Bad news travels as fast as good news.

Named contact

One coordinator per file

A single person owns your shipment from booking to proof of delivery, reachable directly rather than through a general queue.

Before it bills

No silent demurrage

We monitor free-time windows and flag risk while it can still be prevented. You will never learn about a storage charge from the invoice.

Ocean freight

Two coastlines, four seaports, one landed cost that does not move after you commit

We quote Red Sea and Arabian Gulf routings side by side with the inland leg included, because the cheapest sailing into the wrong port is rarely the cheapest shipment.

One Kingdom.

How we work

Five stages, and you hear from us at every one

The process is deliberately unremarkable. Predictability is the product.

  1. 01

    Brief & quotation

You tell us what is moving, from where, and by when. We come back with routing options and a landed cost, not a rate that grows once the cargo is committed.

  2. 02

    Booking & documentation

Space is confirmed and every document is cross-checked against the others before the goods move. This is where most delays are prevented.

  3. 03

    Collection & main carriage

Cargo is collected, loaded under supervision and dispatched by sea, air or road. You get a milestone update at each handover.

  4. 04

    Clearance & release

Our own licensed brokers file the entry, settle duty and manage inspection so the free-time window is used, not exceeded.

  5. 05

    Delivery & proof

Our fleet completes the final leg and returns photographic proof of delivery, with the file closed and archived for your records.

Industries we serve

Cargo behaves differently depending on what it is

A drilling spare and a pallet of chilled dairy are both freight, but almost nothing about how they should be handled is the same. These are the sectors we know well.

Oil & Gas

Drilling consumables, wellhead equipment and rig spares moving to Eastern Province operations and offshore supply bases on schedules that do not tolerate slippage.

Construction & Infrastructure

Steel, cladding, formwork, plant and finishing materials staged and released to site in the sequence the build programme actually needs them.

Petrochemical & Industrial

Bulk resin, chemical drums, ISO tank movements and spare parts for the Jubail and Yanbu industrial complexes, with the documentation that regulated cargo demands.

Automotive

Vehicles, components and aftermarket parts moving into dealer and distributor networks, including consolidated parts programmes from multiple origin suppliers.

Retail & FMCG

High-frequency, high-volume consumer goods where landed cost and shelf availability are decided by how predictably the container clears and the truck arrives.

Food & Beverage

Chilled, frozen and ambient food cargo handled under SFDA rules with an unbroken cold chain from origin loading through clearance to delivery.

Healthcare & Pharma

Medical devices, consumables and temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical products with the regulatory paperwork completed before the shipment leaves origin.

E-commerce & Technology

Fast-moving inventory and electronics where storage, pick-pack and last-mile dispatch matter as much as the international leg that brought the stock in.

Common questions

Answers before you ask

The questions we field most often, answered properly. If yours is not here, the operations desk will answer it directly.

Still need an answer?

Call the desk or send the shipment details and we will come back the same working day.

We are a Saudi logistics provider covering international freight forwarding by sea and air, land transport across the Kingdom and the GCC, customs clearance, warehousing and project cargo. Most customers use two or three of these together, which is the point: it means one contract and one point of accountability rather than four.

Our head office is in Dammam, in the Eastern Province, at King Faisal Street, Building 2853, Additional No. 9377, Dammam 32233. We operate through gateways on both Saudi coastlines, so being based in the east does not limit our Red Sea coverage.

Standard sea, air and road enquiries received before 2:00 PM are quoted the same working day. Project cargo, abnormal loads and anything requiring a route survey take longer, because a quotation issued without a survey is a guess.

Yes. Customs clearance is available as a standalone service, whether or not we arranged the freight. Send us the bill of lading or air waybill together with the commercial documents and we will take the entry from there.

Yes. We run regular cross-border road movements to Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar and Oman, handling border documentation and manifests through our own clearance team rather than a third party at the frontier.

Yes. Our own maintained fleet is the core of the land transport service. We use vetted partner capacity at peak periods, on routes outside our network, or for specialist equipment we do not hold, and we tell you which applies before confirming the job.

SABER is the Saudi electronic conformity platform. Most regulated products require a product certificate of conformity and a shipment certificate before customs will release the goods. We identify at quotation stage whether your commodity is regulated and arrange the certificates if it is.

Goods-in-transit cover applies to movements on our own fleet. For international freight we arrange all-risk marine and air cargo insurance at your declared value on request, and we handle any claim on your behalf rather than leaving you with the underwriter.

Get moving

Send us the shipment. We will send back the plan.

Origin, destination, commodity and target date is enough to start. If you do not have all of it, send what you have and we will fill the gaps.
