The problem we solve

A construction programme rarely fails because the materials were not bought. It fails because they arrived in the wrong order, sat in the wrong place, or needed equipment and people that were not booked. Our contracting arm covers that ground: getting materials, plant and labour onto site in the sequence the programme actually needs them.

  • Site logistics and phased material release
  • Plant, lifting and handling equipment hire
  • Skilled and general manpower supply
  • Installation and mechanical support

Capabilities

How the service actually runs

Four areas where the detail decides whether a shipment is straightforward or expensive.

01

Site logistics

Planning and running the flow of material onto a live site: delivery scheduling, laydown areas, internal movement and just in time release, so the site is not storing what it cannot yet install.

02

Equipment hire

Short and long term hire of trailers, forklifts, telehandlers, cranes and handling equipment, with operators and maintenance included where required.

03

Manpower supply

Riggers, drivers, operators, fitters and general labour supplied against your programme, documented and inducted to the site HSE standard.

04

Installation support

Mechanical handling, positioning and installation assistance for plant and equipment, with method statements and lift plans prepared before mobilisation.

Questions

Contracting: the things clients ask first

No. We support contractors and owners rather than compete with them. Our scope is logistics, plant, handling and manpower, which is where our fleet and clearance capability already give us an advantage.

Yes. Shutdowns are the clearest case for what we do, because everything is sequenced and nothing can be late. We plan the material and equipment flow around the outage window and staff it around the clock.

Our site work is concentrated in the Kingdom, but we mobilise equipment and materials into Bahrain, the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar and Oman through our own cross border fleet.
